SARITA VIJAYAN

FOUNDER - DIRECTOR

With over 18 years of experience in curating and executing initiatives for the betterment of urban spaces in India, Sarita has a keen interest in the constantly evolving architecture of content, design and communication, She is deeply invested in the way they interconnect to feed products and brands towards a fulfilling consumer experience journey. She has also held senior editorial positions in all the major media houses in India (Business India and Jasubhai Media) and continues to consult with leading brands.

SAIJAN VIJAYAN

CO-FOUNDER & DIRECTOR

Saijan brings over 25 years of experience across sales, marketing and commercial strategy. His career spans insurance, advertising, retail environments and large-scale project coordination, giving him a deep understanding of how businesses operate and how brands build lasting value. Having worked closely with multinational clients across the Middle East and India, Saijan brings a clear world-view, operational discipline and an instinct for building strong, long-term relationships. As Director of FYI, he anchors the company’s growth, culture and client partnerships with a steady, people-first leadership style.
