Position: Full Time
Responsibilities
Developing growth strategies and plans.
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Increasing client base.
Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
Managing a team of Business Development Executives.
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
Writing business proposals.
Negotiating with stakeholders.
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
Following industry trends locally and internationally.
Drafting and reviewing contracts.
Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met.
Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements.
Requirements
A Master’s Degree in Business Development/Economics/Finance/Marketing.
7 years and more of experience in a similar role.
Experience in AEC industry preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Good stakeholder management skills.
Ability to negotiate.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
Experience in conflict resolution.
