Understanding the client’s business goals and helping manage agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables.
Acting as a client services representative and project manager to keep the operations moving to provide best-in-class service and solutions to clients.
Independently creating briefs, schedules and hours estimates for projects.
Crating actionable schedules for teams and actively monitoring the progress.
Understanding, clarifying and communicating client requests and changes to the internal teams.
Proactively offering recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements.
Providing business updates to the immediate superior through regularly scheduled status meetings.
Leading internal and client meetings efficiently.
Requirements
Bachelor’sDegree in Marketing/Sales or related field.
2 – 3 years Marketing experience preferably in the handling of AEC businesses.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view.
An understanding the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them.
