Position: Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Understanding the client’s business goals and helping manage agency resources to ensure successful completion of client deliverables.
  • Acting as a client services representative and project manager to keep the operations moving to provide best-in-class service and solutions to clients.
  • Independently creating briefs, schedules and hours estimates for projects.
  • Crating actionable schedules for teams and actively monitoring the progress.
  • Understanding, clarifying and communicating client requests and changes to the internal teams.
  • Proactively offering recommendations to the client to help define or refine campaign objectives and requirements.
  • Providing business updates to the immediate superior through regularly scheduled status meetings.
  • Leading internal and client meetings efficiently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s  Degree in Marketing/Sales or related field.
  • 2 – 3 years Marketing experience preferably in the handling of AEC businesses.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to create strategy set-ups and an agency point-of-view.
  • An understanding the functional areas within the agency and how to engage them.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • A high level of stress tolerance/flexibility.
