Position: Full Time
Responsibilities
  • Leading content development through a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers and content-allied professionals.
  • Providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Brainstorming with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Managing content across all platforms, including social media.
  • Creating and leading content for Advertising & Marketing Communication. 
  • Managing video production with allied professionals.
  • Making creative presentations to clients and liaising with them as required.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a degree in Communications/Journalism, English or related field.
  • 7+ years agency experience or in a similar role.
  • A strong portfolio of work with special focus on Architecture, Engineering & Construction businesses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of brands and brand strategy.
  • Expertise at adopting writing styles as suited to brand/product.
  • Expertise at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
  • Experience with Social Media Management.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to develop original content.
