Responsibilities
- Leading content development through a cross-platform content strategy.
- Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers and content-allied professionals.
- Providing editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
- Brainstorming with team members to develop new ideas.
- Managing content across all platforms, including social media.
- Creating and leading content for Advertising & Marketing Communication.
- Managing video production with allied professionals.
- Making creative presentations to clients and liaising with them as required.
- Writing, editing and proofreading content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, with a degree in Communications/Journalism, English or related field.
- 7+ years agency experience or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio of work with special focus on Architecture, Engineering & Construction businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of brands and brand strategy.
- Expertise at adopting writing styles as suited to brand/product.
- Expertise at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
- Experience with Social Media Management.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to develop original content.
