Responsibilities
- Coordinating with brand teams to determine research objectives.
- Conducting detailed research of intended subject matters according to business needs.
- Creating a plan of action, setting project goals, and managing to meet deadlines.
- Developing given research assignments according to effective and efficient research processes.
- Performing fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data
- Utilising various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information.
- Performing evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data.
- Identifying market trends and patterns.
- Designing surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements.
- Organising and maintaining research databases.
- Documenting, reporting, and presenting research findings to the relevant teams and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Research/Economics or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in the field of research.
- Knowledge of various research and testing methodologies.
- Experienced at using statistical analysis software.
- Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Well-versed in Database Management.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
