Responsibilities
  • Coordinating with brand teams to determine research objectives.
  • Conducting detailed research of intended subject matters according to business needs.
  • Creating a plan of action, setting project goals, and managing to meet deadlines.
  • Developing given research assignments according to effective and efficient research processes.
  • Performing fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept tests, etc. to gather data
  • Utilising various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information.
  • Performing evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data.
  • Identifying market trends and patterns.
  • Designing surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements.
  • Organising and maintaining research databases.
  • Documenting, reporting, and presenting research findings to the relevant teams and clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Research/Economics or related field.
  • 1-2 years experience in the field of research.
  • Knowledge of various research and testing methodologies.
  • Experienced at using statistical analysis software.
  • Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Well-versed in Database Management.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
