Developing design communication on brands/products and executing it.
Working with Art Directors and content teams to develop design solutions that meet brand strategies and communication challenges.
Working with the current team on brainstorming/development of creative concepts and design solutions for content play and execution.
Creating production-ready designs and layouts, establishing the look/tone/feel for campaigns under the guidance of the Art Director.
Working systematically on projects helping meet team expectations.
Illustrating your idea in various looks and styles as per the assignment need.
Keeping abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Art and Design.
1- 2 years experience in conceptual and design thinking in a Advertising, Marketing or/and Digital agency or department.
Experience with online content formats (websites, email, banners etc.)
Capable of juggling multiple projects, sticking to deadlines and ensuring high-quality error-free output.
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately within all required aspects of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) as well as presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides etc.
Working knowledge of photography.
Bonus sketching and animation skills will be appreciated.
